Going in with a group saves time and money and takes uncertainty out of the process of securing a contract for the electric supply portion of your electric bill. April 4 (2 PM), Information Session #2
April 12 (5PM), Deadline for Submitting Bills
May 8 (11 AM), Indicative Pricing Call
May 14 (5 PM), Strike Price Voting Deadline
May 21 (5 PM), Commitment Deadline

Note that submitting a bill by April 12 does not mean you made a commitment to sign a contract through the group purchase. Submitting a bill by April 12, however, is required to see the pricing that comes back from vendors May 8. After the indicative pricing call on the 8th, your organization will have until the 21st to decide whether or not you’d like to sign a contract. There is never any obligation to sign a contract!
